It's great to see Eric Gunnerson doing some usability testing on the default C# project templates.  He correctly spots that the:

// TODO: Add constructor logic here

Comment in the default C# class is completely useless.  He comes up with a much cleaner version.

It's also interesting to note how he mentions that the Program Manager role at Microsoft involves persuading the team he works with to implement these ideas.  It's an interesting twist that PM's don't have any official power to force developers to do what they want - they have to argue the case.  As Chris Sells mentions they have 'responsibility with no authority'.  I think it's a good model.
